Westwood Apartments

We submitted on 24th October 2022 an outline planning application for the above site increasing the number of approved apartments from 14 to 120, we are currently waiting for the validation. This application followed a protracted period of discussions with Oldham Council, during which we had changes of planning law, the interesting thing is those changes did not apply to are site. We want to share the journey with you, all the twists and turns that got us to this point.
