SNG Developments both builds out our own projects and customer projects where we can add significant value too.

Our work includes HMOs, blocks of flats Commercial properties and Commercial Conversions.  We specialise in smaller, more technical challenging and complicated projects in the investment field.

We are also investors, so we think like investors and during our build process we are continuingly assessing and optimising the scheme to enhance investor outcomes rather than fixed objectives. 

So often we see schemes drawn up by an architect who has had very little on site presence and demonstrate very little vision.    Being investment aware we are actively looking to maximise useable space that adds to the GDV along side other elements that can add value to the stakeholder outcomes 

As with our own development projects we optimise for both the maximum GDV and income.
