Investment Opportunities
We are looking to raise in excess of £5m across a number of Development projects as listed below. Our Investments include the option to spread your investments across a number of projects. Minimum investments from £20k. Most of our investments carry a 15% and upwards return. All properties will be managed in-house by our Property Management Company.

Whitehaven, Ex retail / warehouse, Planning Approval granted for 12 mixed residential and SA apartments (C1 and C3).
